Well it's been another 2 months since i've updated about my life. Basically i spent more money going overseas and buying tickets and the latest concert i've been to was JYJ's in September 25th!

I WENT ALL THE WAY TO BANGKOK TO SEE THEM.

 <CUE "DEDICATION" BANNER>

Been wanting to visit Bangkok for awhile now since it's all about shopping but i was kind of disappointed there :/ Probably because i did get to go to Chatuchak Weekend Market, which is where all the clothes supplies are at, but unfortunately, not on a weekend. There was only plants.

So here goes my adventure:

Was intending to go on a pair adventure with just my cousin but my mum wasn't at ease and insisted to tag along. Kinda glad she did~

Hopped on the plane and reached early morning! Their subways are somewhat easy to locate but finding directions for your hotel might be tricky. Learn a little of thai conversation phrases to ask for directions. Some locals might understand a smidgen of English but then again they'll likely understand the location name in Thai. Try your best to pronounce it their way.

If all else fails, there are taxi drivers, motorcycle "taxis" and Tuktuks waiting to rip you off for a 30m walk. If you do take one of these, MAKE SURE YOU AGREE ON A PRICE (you should state first and haggle, <200baht )OR TELL THEM TO TURN ON THE METER. They'll hassle you to take their taxis/tuktuk rides but you can just pretend not to hear~

MANLINESS

was really sad that it was over. cos basically i spent about 200 bucks flying there and also about 360 bucks on both my cousin and my tickets. The experience was all worth it.
All those eargasms and visual stimulation of their dancing sweating bodies is worth it.
ps. I'm not a sasaeng, just a diehard fan.

beef soup in the morn, we ordered too much accidentally but finished it because its friggin awesome

bracelets for my friends and unnies. Bought way too much <more than pictured>

Don't have a picture of my loots because it isnt to much. i bought whatever i liked. And some were super cheap and worth it. But here's a summary of where to go and what to buy:
in SGD

Shibuya 19 mall:
a wholesale mall for all things denim. where blogshops get their supplies

Acid washed HW jeans -$7
distressed mom jeans - $10+
Distressed denim shorts - everywhere around $10

Union Mall: (Phahon Yothin Station)
only place i shopped most and really worth visiting compared to Pratunam imo. Its more trendy and perhaps a tad more ex.
6 floors of stalls selling all sorts of clothing. Street style and whatever style and really cheap flannel i wish i'd bought but i thought i didnt look good in flannel

Pratunam Mall:

cheap clothes but lower quality than i expected. It just ain't my style. and also squeezing with lots of aunties and locals ain't my style either. The food court at the top floor is my style though. really lots to choose from, pretty cheap and filling :>

Central World:
kinda high-end but the atmosphere is good. There's a pretty big h&m and f21 i think

Siam night market around siam square - give it a go! but only opens at night. lots of street food too

Pratunam Market: for food and stuff you might find at a night market. Don't expect buy-able clothing.

Don't go:
Palladium, Indra Square

Well seeya!
J
